Another very successful Quiz Night was held last night at the home of Tony & Anita Morton-Taylor. A big thank you from all of us!! There were 30 of us who enjoyed the event mixing with new & old friends. You can view the photos of the evening on our web site.



After 40 fairly difficult questions plus a picture round & a celebrity corner, the blue team won with 33 points. The team consisted of Carmen Collins, Murray Weston, Tony Morton-Taylor, Lucy Gibbs, Rossana Ibarra, Maygo Pancorvo & David Barrow. Congratulations to them as well as all the other teams!!



This month’s winner of the “Fastest Finger on the Buzzer” award goes to Janice Murphy. She correctly answered by saying that the person in the picture was Phil Spector, the music producer.



The next St. George’s Quiz Night will be held back at our place on Friday 27th April. Again I would like to ask you to confirm back to me your plans for attending the event. We are having a problem of friends confirming then not turning up on the evening. A lot of time & money is taken to make sure that the Quiz Nights run smoothly. We understand that a change of circumstances can arise but a simple phone call can be very helpful.
